Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days anywhere in the EU. Free shipping on orders over €99!
- General information — This shipping policy outlines the terms under which orders are delivered to customers. All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.
- Processing time — Standard order processing takes 1–2 business days. During promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
- Shipping methods & delivery — We ship across the European Union via tracked parcel services. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. For customers in Estonia, parcel locker pickup (Omniva) is available with 1–3 business day delivery.
- Shipping rates — Free shipping on all EU orders over €99. For orders below €99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Rates vary by country and parcel size.
- Delivery issues — If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@goprep.ee. We'll follow up with our logistics partner and help locate your parcel.
- Failed delivery — If a parcel cannot be delivered or collected within the designated timeframe (e.g. parcel locker pickup window expires), additional shipping costs may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
